Staff Categories allows you to organize your staff into different categories to create a payroll.

Create a Staff Category:

From the [Settings] -> [Staff Categories]

Click [+ New].

  1. Enter a category code/name.
  2. Select a Cost Bucket. more on cost buckets. 
  3. Enter a description of the category.
  4. Click <Save>.

Product Categories allows you to organize your products into different categories for the purpose sales reports and categorizing revenue.

Create a Product Category:

From the [Settings] -> [Product Categories]

Click <+ New>.

  1. Enter a category code/name.
  2. Select a Cost Bucket. more on cost buckets
  3. Choose a description of the category.
  4. Click <Save>.

Class Categories allows you to assign categories to lessons or workshop classes. With this feature, you can segment class schedules on your website based on category. For example, if you have a series of kids yoga classes, you can embed them on a separate calender.

Create a Class Category:
 

From the [Settings] -> [Class Categories]

Click <+ New>.

  1. Enter a category name.
  2. Select a Cost Bucket. more on cost buckets. 
  3. Enter a description.
  4. Click <Save>.

Assign a class category from the Class Listings screen from the Settings menu.
