Once you have integrated Zoom with Karmasoft and Created your online classes. Below are simple steps to help you manage attendance and to make everyone get you meeting link. 

  1. From the Main Dashboard, Select your class and teacher.
  2. At the top of the check-in Panel Select Booked.

3. You will see a list of all the students, that booked online.
4. Click the  Start Online Class button.

5. Once you click on Start Online Class Karmasoft will:
a. All students will get added to the class.
b. Karmasoft will prompt you email your class. We recommend you send a short email welcoming your student. Karmasoft will append the meeting link and password at the footer of the meeting.
c. Karmasoft will open your zoom meeting on a new tab.
